Book Your Trial Class

New to Harbour Yoga Studio? Try one of our classes before committing — a trial class is the perfect way to find your feet, meet our teachers and discover which style suits you best.

What to Expect

Your trial class experience, from start to finish.

Your trial class is a relaxed, low-pressure introduction to Harbour Yoga Studio and the Brighton community that gathers here. Whether you are entirely new to yoga or returning after a break, our teachers will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We recommend arriving a few minutes before your chosen class so you have time to settle in, leave your belongings and let the teacher know you are joining as a trial student. They will offer any guidance you need before the session begins.

After your class, you are welcome to stay for a chat, ask questions and find out which of our regular classes would suit you going forward. There is no obligation to sign up on the day.

Choose Your Class

Our trial class option is open across all four of our class types.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice linking movement and posture. Suitable for those with some yoga experience who enjoy an energising session.

Yin Yoga

A slower, floor-based practice holding poses for longer to release deep connective tissue. Ideal for those seeking stillness and restoration.

Beginners Yoga

Designed specifically for those who are new to yoga. Our teachers break down every posture clearly so you can build confidence from day one.

Pregnancy Yoga

A gentle, nurturing practice adapted for pregnancy. Please let us know your stage of pregnancy when you book so we can ensure the class is right for you.

Before You Book

A few things worth knowing ahead of your first visit.

What to wear
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Bare feet are usual for yoga practice.
What to bring
A water bottle. Mats and props are available to borrow at the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Pregnancy Yoga
Please check with your midwife or GP before joining if you have any medical concerns. Let us know your trimester when booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your trial booking, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. See our Terms of Use for details.
